All products available to order in our shop should be in stock and available to ship straight away. If for any reason this is not the case we will email you to offer either a refund or a later delivery date if possible.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, if for any reason this is not possible we will be in touch to confirm when your order will be shipped. All orders placed at the weekend or Bank holiday will be processed from the next working day.
Shipping is calculated on the size of the item and will be totaled at checkout. You will only pay shipping for the largest/heaviest item, additional items will be packaged alongside this item and shipped at no extra cost.
We hope that you really love your Hayley Louise Crann products. If you are not 100% happy we can offer a full refund, if returned to us in it’s original condition, within 14 working days of receiving your order.
We recommend that you send any items back to us via recorded delivery, we cannot refund goods damaged or lost in transit.
Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. We will email you confirmation of the return which should be processed within 5 working days of receiving returned goods.
We will refund the price of your items in full. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage costs. Money received will be refunded via the original payment method used to pay for your postage.
Every item is thoroughly checked before postage and wrapped up safely. However if your item arrives and it is damaged, please email detailed photos of faulty goods within 48 hours of delivery and let us know if you would like a replacement or refund. Once confirmed refund or replacement will be processed within 5 working days.
